Ebb & Roz Group, LLC ("Ebb & Roz Group," "we," "our," or "us") provides advisory services, digital products, and productized systems to help individuals and businesses build and run effective marketing operations. By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our services or products — including but not limited to the Social Operating System Audit, Fractional Social Media Manager services, The Operating Kit, EBR Studio, The Activation Blueprint, or any current or future offering — you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Our Services and Products

We offer two kinds of engagements:

Advisory and Retainer Services — including the Social Operating System Audit and Fractional Social Media Manager engagements. These are scoped, engagement-based services delivered under a separate agreement, proposal, or statement of work between you and Ebb & Roz Group. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the separate agreement governs.

Digital Products — including The Operating Kit and EBR Studio. These are self-serve, instant-access digital products delivered through Notion, our website, or a linked application. Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal or single-business license to use the materials — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying frameworks, templates, or systems, which remain the intellectual property of Ebb & Roz Group.

We are actively developing additional offerings, including The Activation Blueprint and an AI-Marketing Pivot training and licensing platform. Details for any in-development offering will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

2. Payment

Advisory and retainer engagements are billed according to the terms in your signed proposal or agreement. Digital products are billed one-time (some products offer a limited-time introductory price) through our payment processor. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

3. Refunds

Because digital products grant instant, duplicable access to proprietary content, all digital product sales are final once access has been delivered — there are no refunds. If something isn't working as described, email us at admin@ebrozgroup.com before you buy or within 48 hours of purchase and we'll make it right.

Refunds, cancellations, and pause terms for advisory or retainer engagements are governed by your individual service agreement.

4. Results Disclaimer

Ebb & Roz Group brings real experience and a proven process to every engagement, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or results. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, existing systems, and implementation. Nothing on our website, in our marketing materials, or in any product should be understood as a promise of a particular result.

5. Client Responsibilities

When we work directly with you or your business — through an advisory engagement, Fractional Social Media Manager services, or supporting your use of a digital product — you agree to provide accurate information, timely access to the accounts, tools, and materials reasonably needed to do the work, and to use any AI-assisted deliverables (including those built with tools like Notion, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot) responsibly and in compliance with the terms of those platforms.

6. Confidentiality

In the course of an advisory or retainer engagement, we may have access to non-public information about your business. We treat that information as confidential and will not share it outside our team except as needed to deliver the engagement or as required by law. We ask the same of you regarding any proprietary frameworks, tools, or methods we share with you.

7. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methodologies, templates, written content, and systems created or provided by Ebb & Roz Group — including the contents of The Operating Kit and EBR Studio — are our intellectual property. You may use them for your own personal or business purposes as licensed at the time of purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim authorship of our materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ebb & Roz Group, LLC and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any digital product or ongoing engagement if these Terms, or the terms of a separate service agreement, are violated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or products after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
